FIFTH WHEELS
Fifth Wheel Trailers, also known as Fiver, are trailers designed to be coupled to a special hitch that is mounted over the rear axle in the bed of a pickup truck or a specialized vehicle prepared for 5th wheel compatibility. The living space in a 5th Wheel typically has over-hitch sleeping and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, propane supply, electrical systems and water tanks. RV BUYER'S GUIDE TRAVEL TRAILERS
Small RVs (folding camping trailers, teardrop camper) are designed to be towed by a motorized vehicle and do not require a special highway movement permit. They include a HVAC system, electrical systems, water tanks, and sleeping spaces. Some are even equipped with bathrooms and kitchens. Travel trailers are ideal for RVs who ask the question, "Is all the space of other types of RVs really necessary for my RV lifestyle?" TOY HAULERS
A Toy Hauler is pretty much what it sounds like, a hauler of your RV toys. Toy Haulers is a term for fifth wheels, travel trailers or motorhome that have a built-in interior cargo space for your gear - from small cars to dune buggies, four-wheelers, motorcycles and more, these types of RVs include a large rear door that opens down to create a ramp to easily move your gear in and out. This area is often used to store outdoor furniture or serve to provide extra storage space. The third axle supports heavy items. Toy Haulers are perfect for RVers who need extra space for both storage and sleeping. Some even come with washer dryer set ups and half bathrooms.
